While I was with Christie, I was told that I was going to have to work on the Costco business. I did not consider that marketing so I told them I would not do that role.
Within three months I had had a negative performance review and elected to take a package and leave. And I never looked back. But with my next company I made sure they paid us top dollar for all our work (they tried to not pay a $275,000 invoice. I went to Sales who put their foot down and we got our money).
