If superheroes really existed anyone who wasn’t one wouldn’t know about it anyway. So in their mild mannered way they might already be doing heroic deeds. So in that case the world wouldn’t change as it is at al. Maybe the world is as it is because there are not enough superheroes to keep up with all the the bad people that are around already. ergo – no changes at all
It all depends a on the super power the hero has. Ordinary people can change the world if they put their mind to it
People would get even lazier than they already are.
We wouldn’t need any police or armies and the politicians around the world would never try to steal from their constituents.
