Can’t remember that but we were big Lance Armstrong fans. When all the drugs stuff came out, I just put all the books in a bag and dumped them outside the local charity shop. First and only time I have ever dumped anything anywhere as I recall also.
Leprosy mission gets a donation every Christmas
We have a box of jigsaws that sill need to be donated to charit so the next time will be when that gets done.
With so many things that are in need of donations my donations go when I have been asked to give to specific charities. The last one went out 14 days ago
Both Andrea and I are very strong believers in giving DIRECTLY to those who can benefit from our experiences.
We deem this “Paying it Forward” and we’ve done so for the over 23 years together.
It leads to a win-win.
Further I am never sure that the recipient gets more from the money and what structure is it supporting.
