The FunkQuest Tag Team Challenge is just a short season for a few select Funksters  - two semi finals and a Final. The team has 2 players one plays as the head funkster and is the decision maker for Icons chosen - the question that arises from that, can be answered by either player.

In this game, the Orange team consists of Ann Smith and Leana Dell (who just happen to be Champion Funksters) and the  Pink team  of Vicki Wusche and Tom Evans.

The 'guitar' icon was chosen by Ann, the question was answered by Leana who saw herself physically as 'not to bad for her age'  and as good- looking as any 'second-hand fiddle'.

The 'Waterfall' icon was chosen by Vicki and answered by Tom. After a short examination of the home he is living in now he answered that, over the years he has moved house about 8 times.

Question 2 and Ann revealed that she prefers small parties to large gatherings. Although extrovert on the outside she is really a bit of a wallflower and quite shy.

Vicki also chose to answer her question 2 and the artist which she would have paint her is her Grandaughter, who, at the moment only paints egg-shaped tubes with smiles. Vicki would be very happy to be remembered for her smile.

Do the '10 Commandments' need another one. Ann suggested 'Always be Kind'.

Tom was impressed by the magician Paul Foster Case. An american illusionist who seems able to travel through time.

In answering question 4, Leana showed that not all Canadians are as complient as they seem, after she complained about the damage to a drawing desk she had ordered.

When Vicki's mind goes blank its usually while she is tending her garden seeds and plants - this is a new hobby which has grown since Covid 19 lockdown.

Final Question for the Orange team and Leana was allowed to choose the Icon. Ann answered the question 'Have you ever starred in a school play?' which seemed perfect for the canadian actor.

Tom got to choose the 'eye of God' nebular Icon and the answer to 'Who is always late'? in Vicki's household is her husband Bob

What are the FUNKQUEST rules?

FunkQuest is a fun interactive online game that features five rounds. Each player selects the icon which most tweaks their interest.  Each Funky icon has a Funky question.
The question shown may or may not be related to the icon.

SO potential Funksters have to think on their feet. The winner is decided by the audience and goes through to the next round.

What's so good about FUNKQUEST ?

Funky Thinkers know that IDEAS only come from free-flowing CONVERSATION.
Listening (without prejudice) to new ideas and speakers from outside your usual network truly qualifies as FUNKY.
Each question has a strict time limit. So no multi-headed long and complicated self indulgent stories to endure.  Just short punchy bite-sized truly Funky ideas, as we GET THE FUNK OUT!

To vote for your favourite FUNKSTER in FunkQuest is easy...

1. Listen or watch the episode from start to finish.

2. Take note of which FUNKSTER gives you the biggest insight, idea, thought or suggestion.

3. Follow the instructions on how to vote at the end of the show.

  • What a well-matched competition! But I must vote for Team Orange for Ann’s 6-year-old acting experience.

  • Both teams were funky, but Leana made me laugh out loud with her cheeky reply of seeing herself in a mirror! Team orange for the win!

  • Orange Team of Ann & Leana get my vote. Enjoyed both teams but going with the champion funksters.

  • Voting for team pink Vicki and Tom. Love how Vicki has taken up new gardening skills due to covid-19

  • Vote for the PINK team – I want an eco house with no heating bills. Altho would I remember to change the air…

  • My vote is for Vicki & Tom the pink team. I work’s on Bob time so I’m never really late…. 🙃

  • I’d like to vote for Pink team please. Vicki and Tom. I liked the thought of Tom being carried around in Vicki’s pocket!

  • I enjoyed Tom’s cheeky sense of humour, but I really love Leana’s bright and forthright insights, so I am going outside my comfort zone and voting for our own team. Go Team Orange, Ann and Leana! 😀

  • I’m voting PINK for Vicki and Tom. Love Tom’s answer to the best magician. Paul Foster Case. Key to the Wisdom of Ages.

I talk about women and their magic all the time, so this resonated with me.
