Brushes – the right brush for the right job works wonders but takes a bit more energy.
Dustpan and Hand brush are good for the stairs carpet
Long handle and Hard brush are good for the living room carpet and really brings up the pile. (unlike the vacuum)
Hard hand brush gets into those stains on the paving in the yard.
You can chase off the cats with a brush too
