In this one off challenge edition of FunkQuest, we match up our Season One Champion Funkster, Leana Delle, with Alexander Stafford, MP for Rother Valley.

Alexander had never played FunkQuest before, Leana was chosen to go first to show him how it goes.

Leana chose the 'Pumpkin icon and answered the question about  how she took to losing games. She said that she doesn't mind losing to others but is very competive against herself. At golf she always likes to be able to beat her last game. In most games though its about fun.

Alexander's first question was 'How many photos do you have on your phone? - he revealed that he had possibly thousands, many of which were stored in 'cloud'. He used to like big cameras with Zoom lenses but realises the HD pictures taken on mobile/cell phones are as good, these days.

Going on a date is always stressful; who is supposed to pay the bill on a first date! Leana made a big 'faux pas' and insulted her Texan date by offering to pay, then insulted her Canadian date by not offering to go halves. Someone should write some rules.

'Where can you see the best views?' was Alexander's second question. As MP for Rother Valley he was very diplomatic in his first answer. However his best views are the ones that have his family in them.

Question 3 and Leana doesn't really prank people, although she may have made prank phone calls when younger. Alexander was asked if we had lost  the art of a good prank? He felt that a good wholesome prank was ok, but verbal abuse or physical attack was not a 'prank'.

Alexander chose the 'fruit' icon for his third question. His first guest on his 'talk show' would probably be Boris Johnson - the question slide picture for this icon was the 'Crusades' and he was prompted, by history, into thinking that Julius Caeser would be a more fascinating guest. A short discussion about Julius Caeser followed.

Of all the animals in the world; Leana chose the 'cat' to be given the power of speech. Dogs, can almost talk to you anyway through their facial and body language, but cats are generally unreadable. They would probably insult you if they could speak!

The 'Route 66' sign was the american icon, icon, Alexander chose to say that, his favourite chocolate bar/s were the Flake/Twirl - one being a chocolate covered version of the other - and with a cup of tea a KitKat.

Question 5 - Leana was stumped by the question 'what really needs to be modernised?' and was chivalrously, freed up, by Alexander when he suggested 'Employment law for women!'. She then talked about her childhood and women not being paid at all for what they did, now in 2020 nothing much has changed.

The final question came from the 'Backgammon' icon. Alexander explained what he did to spiders in the bath. Little ones he crushed, big ones were given the drinking glass and paper treatment and thrown out of the window, or as his Animal Charity connections would have explained it, 'put back in nature'

Political parties and similar in Rotherham and Rother Valley. In the interests of fairness, we would offer you a slot on the show. The only rule is show up, play the game as is. No swearing, no politics, no religion. Other than that, say what you want. Contact us.

What are the FUNKQUEST rules?

FunkQuest is a fun interactive online game that features five rounds. Each player selects the icon which most tweaks their interest.  Each Funky icon has a Funky question.
The question shown may or may not be related to the icon.

SO potential Funksters have to think on their feet. The winner is decided by the audience and goes through to the next round.

What's so good about FUNKQUEST ?

Funky Thinkers know that IDEAS only come from free-flowing CONVERSATION.
Listening (without prejudice) to new ideas and speakers from outside your usual network truly qualifies as FUNKY.
ach question has a strict time limit. So no multi-headed long and complicated stories to endure.  Just short punchy bite-sized ideas,

The good thing about FunkQuest is that you decide who wins.
