Yes and this episode proves it.
Funkquest is a fun interactive online game that features five rounds. Each round consists of ONE FUNKY question. The player selects the icon which most tweaks their interest. Each Funky visual has a Funky question.
The Funky insight is that the question may or may not be related to the icon.
SO potential Funksters have to think on their feet to score points. Points are awarded by me for FUNKY answers...
Funky Thinkers know that IDEAS only come from free-flowing CONVERSATION.
Listening (without prejudice) to new ideas and speakers from outside your usual network truly qualifies as FUNKY.
Each question has a strict time limit. So no multi-headed long and complicated self indulgent stories to endure. Just short punchy bite-sized truly Funky ideas, as we GET THE FUNK OUT!
Q1. Gabrielle chose the VW camper van and the question is "What brand are you most loyal to?"
Gabrielle answered Verizon. As a divorce lawyer, Gabriel needs crystal clear connections with no call drop.
I gave a version of how quality vs price for voice and data was explained to me.
If anyone from Verizon customer service wants to be on the show, please get in touch. We would love to find out what makes you so FUNKY.
75 points scored. This being half the cost of a US monthly phone contract.
Q2. Gabrielle picked the telephone (do you see the theme here) and the question is "What was your most recent lie?"
Gabrielle said she didn't lie and a discussion started.
What is a lie anyway?
If your kids ask for another biscuit and you reply "They are all gone?" when you know full well, there are loads left.
Is that a lie?
I asked what would be the professional course of action if a legal person knew or strongly suspected their client was tellies (or at least mistruths)?
The answer is to ask a simple question "Do you want to take a minute to think about that?"

Q4. Gabrielle picked the guitar playing girl The question is "Who do you go out of your way to be nice to?"

After a good start talking about Verizon, Gabrielle's effort went slightly downhill.
Only 13 for the Salem witch story and 30 for the shoe. Rescued by the 80 on the roller skate.
Good for 10th place on the leaderboard but how long can she maintain that position.
